I paid by card and it took quite a while before the booking actually showed up, so I got a bit worried. Support was also slower than I would’ve liked. Since I’m careful about where I spend my money, the wait made me a little uneasy, but it did eventually get sorted...

The app is okay but the route stuff can be really frustrating. A few times it sent my driver into weird turns or longer roads and the pickup ended up taking way longer than it should. I had to message the driver just to help guide them. Hope they fix the maps soon.

Had a small issue at first, but support got back to me quicker than I expected and helped sort it out. Happy with how it turned out, no big complaints tbh.

Move It has been working well for me in most of the places I usually go, especially around the city. I do notice that it can be harder to find riders when I’m in farther areas though. Overall, the coverage is still decent. Has anyone else had the same issue in more out-of-the-way spots?

I can still book rides even during rush hour, which feels like a lifesaver sometimes. It helps me out so much when everything’s busy and I’m in a hurry.

I use Move It every now and then because, to be fair, it can be affordable when there’s a promo available. The rides themselves are usually fine, and I’ve had no major issues with the drivers or the actual service.

What gets frustrating is that the vouchers don’t always work when you need them. There were a few times when the app showed a discount before I booked, but then it suddenly didn’t apply at checkout. Customer support wasn’t much help either and just said the voucher was expired or not valid, even though it had been showing in the app. It’s still usable, but the promo system can be really annoying.

I had to cancel my ride twice this week because my plans changed at the last minute, move It handled it really well. The app updated right away, so I wasn’t stuck guessing whether my booking was still active or not. I also didn’t see any strange charges afterward, which gave me a lot more confidence in using the service again. I don’t love having to cancel rides, but when life happens, it’s nice to know the app works the way it should. Definitely a 5-star experience for me.

The time shown in the app was also close enough, not one of those estimates that keeps changing forever. Overall, simple and smooth ride booking for me. Giving 5 stars because I didn’t have to waste time standing around outside.

The app works fine for me most days, but when I actually needed help, it kind of felt like no one was there. I really hope they work on improving their response time

I used Move It for my trip and it was really comfortable. The driver was steady and didn’t rush at all, which I appreciated. The helmet was clean too, which I wasn’t sure about at first, but it was totally fine. I actually got to my destination feeling relaxed and not stressed, which kind of confused me because I expected the ride to be more hectic.

MoveIt is fine for quick rides. Most of the riders I’ve booked have been nice, and getting a ride in my area is usually fast, so at first I was like, okay, this is convenient.
But then the helmet situation hits and my mood changes real quick. Sometimes it smells sweaty or looks like it wasn’t wiped properly, and I know a lot of passengers use it, but still, it feels uncomfortable to wear.
There were also times when the rider didn’t have an extra helmet, so I had to cancel or wait all over again. I hope they check this more seriously because the service is decent, but this part really pulls it down. Giving 3 stars for now.
